This is a lot like going to a really good and action-inspiring community meeting. Citizens for a Scenic Florida has on its site a slide show explaining its position on outdoor advertising and its control, as well as some related issues, and gives many visual examples of what can be done right...as well as what can be done wrong. The slide show is a very useful tool for explaining to anyone just why these issues matter, and how dramatic the range of built environments can vary under different guidelines.

Managed Care Jokes. Pages of 'em. Some of them funny, if you didn't know at the beginning that they were going to turn out to be managed care jokes, which sort of signals the punch line. Read 'em, remember 'em, save 'em to tell your doctor at a party, to let her know you're on her side.
